Introduzione personale

Dear future Family, my name is Laura, I am 20 years old and I study Business at the Torino’s University. I live alone in Turin but I’m born in Sardinia, the beautiful island of Italy. I would describe myself as a positive, independent and sunny person. I'm really curious and I like learning new things and living any kind of new experience. I really love kids and I get along well with them because I am creative and I always think of something fun to do. I like to spend my free time reading books and hanging out with friends. I am a very energetic person so I always try to keep me busy. Before COVID my hobby was going to the gym, but since they are closed in Italy, I really like to go for a walk in nature. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures; this is one of the reasons why I have decided to become an Au Pair. I had the luck to travel a lot: the many experiences that I was able to live around the world opened my mind a lot. In 2018-19 I did an exchange year in Argentina, so I know what it means to live in another country and I can adapt very well. I would like to be an Au pair because I think it is the perfect balance between work and fun (you look after the kids while also having fun with them). I would love to be a part of your family and be like a big sister to your children, helping them with their homework and making their day less boring with activities and games. If you are willing to let me be a part of your life, we will have a great time together. KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGES: My mother tongue is Italian. As I said, in 2018/19 I did an exchange year in Argentina where I lived with a local family that I now is like my second family. In Argentina I went to school and I have lived as a local teenager, so I was able to learn Spanish very well (level C1) and experience 100% the culture of the place. I was also lucky enough to live a week-long exchange in Brazil, while I was in Argentina. I did also a two-week exchange with the school in Tolone, France. There I was able to improve my French (which I studied for 5 years at school) and get to know another culture. I speak English too (level B2) and a little bit of German (level A1 / A2). —— Hola! Me llamo Laura, tengo 20 años y estudio en la facultad de Economía. Vivo sola en Turìn pero nacì en Cerdeña, la hermosa isla de Italia. Soy una persona muy curiosa, alegre, positiva, atenta y me gusta mucho compartir el tiempo con amigos. Disfruto mucho de las pequeñas cosas y de la compañia. Me encantan los niños y con ellos me llevo muy bien porque soy muy creativa y siempre pienso en algo divertido que hacer. Me gusta pasar mi tiempo libre leyendo libros y saliendo con amigos. Soy una persona muy energetica y siempre trato de tenerme ocupada con cualquier tipo de actividad. Antes del COVID-19 mi hobby era ir al gimnasio, pero ya que en Italia están cerrados, me gusta mucho pasear en la naturaleza. Me gusta mucho hacer nuevas amistades, aprender nuevas cosas y vivir cualquier tipo de nueva experiencia. Me encanta viajar y sobretodo conocer nuevas culturas: esta es una de las razones por las que decidì convertirme en Au Pair. Tuve la suerte de viajar bastante; las muchas experiencias que pude vivir alrededor del mundo me abrieron mucho la cabeza. En el 2018-19 hice un intercambio de un año en Argentina en donde viví con una familia local asi que sè lo que significa vivir en otro paìs y me sè adaptar muy bien. Me gustaría ser Au pair porque creo que es el equilibrio perfecto entre trabajo y diversión (cuidas a los niños mientras te diviertes con ellos). Me encantaría ser parte de su familia y ser como una hermana mayor para sus hijos, ayudándoles con sus deberes y haciendo que su día sea menos aburrido con actividades y juegos. Ya hablo muy bien español. Por lo tanto me gustaría poder hablar en inglés con sus hijos asi podemos mejorar en el manejo del habla. CONOCIMIENTO DE IDIOMAS: Mi idioma materno es el italiano. Como dije, en el 2018/19 hice un intercambio estudiantil en Argentina en donde viví por un año con una familia del lugar que ahora considero como mi segunda familia. En Argentina iba al colegio y he vivido como una adolescente del lugar, así que pude aprender muy bien el español (nivel C1) y vivir al 100% la cultura del lugar. También tuve la suerte de vivir un intercambio de una semana en Brasil, mientras estaba en Argentina. Con el colegio hice un intercambio de dos semanas en Tolone, Francia. Ahí pude mejorar mi francés (que estudié durante 5 años en el colegio) y conocer una cultura más. También hablo bien Inglés (nivel B2) y un poco de alemán (nivel A1 / A2).
