Hi there! We have been very lucky so far having had 3 wonderful Au pairs and we are very excited to begin our search for the next person who might become part of our family. We hope to find someone who is kind, friendly and most importantly loves playing with our children. We look forward to hearing from you! Patrick and Anika are energetic, friendly children who are keen to learn and discover new things. The main thing we would like from you is to help encourage and inspire our children and provide a different perspective than they receive from us or from their school. Learning about where you come from and how people from different countries have similarities and difference would be exciting and valuable for them. Kerry is a scientist who loves gardening and exploring the natural world. He was born in England but has done a lot of travelling before settling down to have a family with Renee. Renee is also a scientist but set up her own company 9 years ago to show people just how interesting and fun science can be. Renee was born in Australia but has lived in England for 15 years now. We have two children... Patrick is 10 and loves the outdoors! He loves riding his bike, skateboard, scooter, BMX or anything else with wheels (even inside he has toy mini skateboards that he loves to play with) He also loves playing sports and jumping on our trampoline. Anika is 8 and she also loves being outside and playing sports as well as drawing, writing stories and doing crafty activities. We hope that our Au Pair would help to get the children ready for school each day and to take them to their after school activities. We have a cleaner who comes once a week so some help keeping the house tidy would be great but there are no heavy cleaning duties to do. The whole family likes to cook and try new foods, if possible (but not necessary) it would be nice if you could help introduce the family to new things by preparing occasional meals. You would have school hours, evenings (We may ask if you would be willing to babysit occasionally so that Kerry and I can have some time together) and weekends free to do as you wish and you would also be welcome to join us on family outings at the weekend if you like.
