We are a Christian family of 5; 3 young children aged 5 (boy) 3 (girl) and a 1 year old baby girl! We pride ourselves in being open and tolerant. Ours home is always fun with lots of energy and warmth. We love going to the local cinema and sharing a large bucket of popcorn! The children are very fond of technology and using their imagination to create scenarios. There is never a dull moment. I am a keen baker and often asked to bake cakes for family and friends. This is a hobby the whole family enjoy together and one I would love our au pair to partake in too...its always lots of messy fun! We live in beautiful market town in Buckinghamshire. It is a 1hr train journey to central London. There is a language school nearby which you can attend whilst with us if you choose. We have on offer a college, malls, Superstores, street markets, regular trains to London, cinema, theatre, gym's, bowling and lots of cafe's & resturants. We are only half an hour away from a prestigious tourist attraction with many highly discounted high end designer stores. We want you to see yourself as part of our family unit and be pro-active. It is important that you have a genuine interest in the development of young children and have bags of energy! Also important to us is someone who takes initiative and acts responsibly We are particularly interested in taking on someone who can stay longer term. Our au pair will have their own furnished room. We are quite flexible to negotiate pocket money. The town centre is a bus ride away from us with all this small town has to offer within reach! Cycling
Our aupair will undertake the following typical activities: - get the children ready in the morning and set for bedtime - wash, iron and fold their clothes away - Keep childrens room clean & tidy - preparing children's breakfast/light lunch & tidy afterwards -engage in fun & challenging activities with the children - keep their environment and the childrens surroundings clean and tidy - do some house work
