We are a family of 4: me, my husband, my 5 years old son and my 8 month old daughter who will be 1 year old in November. Me and my husband work full time which is Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. We leave home at 8am and are back home by 5.30pm. Our son attends the local primary school Monday to Friday from 8:50am to 3:30pm. On weekends, we take the kids out to swimming, football and tennis classes. Most weekends we also spend it together at home or visiting friends and family.
The au pair is expected to: Look after the kids while we are away at work. Pick the older child from school at 3.30pm daily. Make food for the kids. Get the kids ready in the morning and evening. Help with the housework. Help with light cooking.
