This position is ideal for an experienced reliable tidy au pair who is outgoing and chatty. Accommodation offered: comfortable single room with wireless broadband, and fresh meals. Fulham London is a wonderful area with loads of parks/restaurants and close to the River Thames. Close to tube and well connected to places of interest. No need to drive as many accessible shops (supermarkets to clothes shops) and cinemas accessible via foot or bus. Period: May 2016 to Aug-Sept 2016 - happy to extend if mutually agreed. Terms are governed by au pair arrangements made in the UK. Experienced host parents of 6 years. Longest staying au pair was 2 years. Have a few au pairs that have repeated their jobs with us over the years. Children: my daughter goes nursery from 830 am to 445/5 pm for 3 weekdays. My son with mid range autism who is easy going, friendly, cheerful, happy in a good routine. My son goes to mainstream school enjoys sports, school, outgoing and confident. He has home tuition every week day after school with his tutors. We have domestic cleaner coming twice a week for 3 hours each time for heavy lifting cleaning. We have an external carer coming each morning to help with breakfast time. It is vital to us that you are not a smoker and are chatty in personality with a desire to teach my children. We prefer not to have someone who is introverted. We will only reply to applicants with the right experience and fall within the criteria. Photos will be forwarded to serious applicants. Need to have eligibility to work as au pair in UK without further visa issues.
Total of 35 hours per week plus 2 nights baby-sitting. Early riser required 7 or 8 am as children all rise early. Main childcare duties - Two children and two dogs speech development flashcards and stories manding dressing changing nappies go to park easy cooking and feeding children - mainly steaming food (specific diet for son - gluten free wheat free) Picking up medicines from pharmacy Occasional visit to grocery or supermarket if we run out of few things accompany to doctors occasionally ps No need to drive Light household duties laundry and occasional ironing dog mini-walk (just 5 feet from house to lamppost) + clean up after dogs (eg poo pick in garden or pee accidents in kitchen) maintain clean table tops stove after cooking / your bathrm empty dishwasher pack up toys and books Occasional vacuuming of your own room or mopping kitchen if spills made on floors Salary Depends on experience and whether you fall within our criteria. Mandatory to have references.
