Seeking LIVE IN au pair for 3 / 6 / 12 month contract. Hi I work full time at the moment, 38 years old. My daughter is 10 years old and goes to a local school. We have 2 cats, Lilly and Louis! We live in a 3-bedroom flat in a village called Blackheath. It's just outside of London and is a really pretty area with great access to central London in 20 minutes by train. I'm looking for a live in au pair to take her to school 3 days a week and then look after her for 3 afternoons/ evening a week after school. A bit about me: apart from work I also train at a gym, play sport and love to spend time with friends. I am very active, and try to live life to the full by providing what I can for our little family and making sure that I make up for time spent working during the week by doing fun things with my daughter at weekends and holidays. I LOVE to travel, and try to get abroad 4 times per year. I also love: outdoors, cycling, films, FOOD (healthy food, and Thai food and seafood):), photography, some art, London, the seaside (Whitstable in UK),Other places I love: Italy (Puglia, Florence), Spain (Javea) My daughter is a confident and generally happy child and she responds to outgoing strong fun characters who will set boundaries in clear, honest ways. She loves creativity, art, making things, dancing, gymnastics, jokes, ice cream (!) outdoors, seaside, cycling, singing, playing games, talking. Oh, and ipads and phones but this is only allowed for limited time each day.
I have written a schedule below as a guideline but I would be more than happy to change the days/ schedule for the right au pair. For me, it is most important to have the right person in our home. I do need someone who has energy and is happy to get up in the morning with a smile on their face ready to start the day, making breakfast and motivating my daughter to get ready for school. - 3x Days per week: Get up and have breakfast with my daughter and take her to school (7am-8.30am) - 3x afternoons per week – collect from school in the afternoon: - Wednesday: collect from school at 330pm - Thursday: Collect from school 330pm play date with another child either at home or at their home and - Friday collect from school at 430 pm and take her to a tutor school by bus. have dinner on the way at pizza express or somewhere you chose. you will have a lift home from the tutor school and some Fridays I might meet you there and some I might stay out. There will be occasional babysitting (for example on Friday evenings) The last weekend of every month you will have completely off. Plus one week during each long school holidays (paid) During school holidays you will be required to work three full days per week and no evenings I'm keen to find someone who is active (sport/ dance/ swimming/cycling) that will be active with my daughter, talk with her, play with her and encourage her to look after her room, school work and manners.
