Hello there! We are a family with 2 young daughters of 9 months and 3 years. We are looking for an au pair who can manage 2 children as I am working full time and my husband will soon start working away. Ideally we would like a French speaker to enable the girls to learn some French but we will be happy with the right person. We live close to Norwich in Norfolk which is a very quiet, safe and beautiful part of the UK. We would like to find an aupair who would stay a minimum of 12 months and would like her to feel part of our family. My husband is Fijian and we moved back here in 2011 after I lived for nearly 3 years in The Fiji Islands. He has been looking after the children at home until now but with a new job available we need to find the right person to live with us. We would like someone out going, energetic, enjoys playing with the children but who is responsible. I would need to be sure you can cope with a young baby and for this reason we are looking for an older aupair. We are an easy going family, very relaxed and sociable. The girls are both great the baby is almost walking now at 9 months. We hope you like the sound of us and look forward to hearing from you.
We need an au pair to be a reliable carer for the girls. Duties would include taking the 3 year old to nursery and pre school and picking her up again. Taking care of the baby during the day. Light household chores and perhaps a little cooking. We would like you to take care of the children's laundry, feeding and bath time when I am at work. You would have Fridays free as I currently work Monday to Thursday, weekends would be free for you but you would be welcome to be part of the family for outings etc while at home with us. We would want you to read to the girls, take them to the park for playtime and take them to various play groups. We don't currently have a second car but we use a bike with a double trailer to transport them around when no car is available so you also need to be confident riding a bike! This is the first time we have looked for an aupair so we are learning too!
