My daughter, partner and I are outgoing, fun individuals who enjoy laughing, exploring and learning new things. We are looking for an Au Pair who shares our interests as well as walking, reading, drawing and having a laugh.
We are desperately seeking a reliable, flexible and experienced carer to maintain and ensure a stable home environment for our child throughout the week as both parents are working varying shift/rotation patterns with occasional weekend duties (generally once every 9 weeks but this may vary) and, as one of the household is in the military and the other is in the oil industry, there may also be a requirement for longer periods of sole-charge care which may run for a period of 2 to 3 weeks. Wages will increase to reflect this extra period. During school hours and at weekends when we are home (which is most weekends), this free time will be yours to do with as you please whether it be babysitting for other local parents, volunteer work in the local area or even travelling/sightseeing. After our last disastrous Nanny experience, we are asking that you please be completely honest with us and only respond if you truly believe that you are the person that can fulfill our requirements and are happy to become a member of our family. Ideally we would be looking for somebody who can drive (a car is not a necessity), cook meals when we are working, ensure our daughter is dressed and ready for school in the morning, drop off/collect her from school (the school is directly across the road from our home), supervise homework and can do some light housekeeping (dusting, hoovering, washing and ironing of school uniform - adults in our household take care of themselves). There may be the occasional requirement for babysitting and again your weekly wage will reflect this We can currently offer a weekly wage of £100 but this may be reviewed in the future.
