Hello, We are a warm and welcoming family living in Neumünster, Germany (near Hamburg), and we are looking for a caring and responsible au pair to join our home and support us with our children. Our family consists of: - Father: Naturalised German citizen, working professional - Mother: Originally from India, currently at home caring for the children - Children: Triplets (three baby boys), currently 6 months old (3 months corrected age) Life with triplets is joyful, lively, and requires teamwork. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys spending time with babies and can support us in creating a calm and nurturing environment. Important Expectations: 1. No screen exposure for babies (no phone/TV/tablet use around them) 2. A patient, calm, and gentle approach to childcare 3. Active engagement with babies (no passive supervision) 4. Understanding the importance of bonding between siblings 5. Respect for our parenting style and routines Candidate Requirements: 1. Minimum age: 20 years 2. Experience with babies is a strong advantage 3. Preferably someone who has siblings and values family bonding 4. Responsible, trustworthy, and emotionally mature 5. Basic English communication (German is a plus)
