We are a Dutch family with 5 children. We are looking for an au pair because our family will be split up between UK and Netherlands after summer. My son and daughter (15 and 17) and their dad will stay in the UK. Because dad will be away quite regularly you will be responsible to ensure the kids are well looked after. Both Mariek and Jop are looking forward to have a buddy to talk to, go out with and to have you around the house to make your time a good one. We are looking for a positive, energetic person that can deal with children in their teens and bring love and warmth into our home. You will also be travelling to The Netherlands from time to time and come with us on our holidays. Occasionally you will be asked to look after the other 3 children Anouk, Lieve & Odile (13, 11 & 11 yrs old) in The Netherlands.
We are looking for a Spanish or Italian au pair. What is most important is that you are there to support our two children with their study. They will both be in their final exam year so need to be able to concentrate and it would be great if you are good in Math, History, Science, English if they require any help. They also want to learn another foreign language so if you are open to help them learn yours that would be great. We expect you to work around the house cleaning, shopping, ironing and making sure it's tidy. Also its important you enjoy cooking and prepare various meals. Of course we will be there to share the load so its not all on you!
