We are a relaxed, happy family looking for an enthusiastic live in au pair to help look after our daughters, 3 and a half and 18 months. We live in the beautiful Hampshire countryside , surrounded by forests but just 1hr from London by train. You must love walks, nature and good food! I am a journalist working three days a week in London and with occasional travel. I My husband runs his own company in London, but works from home if I am away. Our 3 yr old daughter goes to nursery she is chatty and sociable and loves giving cuddles. She loves playing in our garden, picnics, riding her bike, going on play dates, reading and going to swimming or to the beach (30 mins away). She loves learning new things and we are keen for her to learn a new language. Her sister is easy going, super smiley with an enormous appetite! And they love making each other laugh. We live 5 mins to a train station that takes you to London in an hour. If you're interested in riding we live near Cowdray polo so there are lots of opportunities to work with or exercise horses on your days off and the weekends.
Expectations We currently have an amazing Au pair from the U.S who returns to college late June, she has really became part of the family and will always have a special place in our hearts. We would also welcome you as part of the family, but you would have your own double bedroom, own bathroom, wifi, tv etc. You would also have use of an automatic car. Our older daughter is at nursery 4 days a week from 9-1pm which is walking distance. You would join us on holidays, Italy in the summer and France skiing in the winter. As well as other trips. We would also introduce you to other au pairs we know in the area.
