We are a busy creative family mum owns an entertainment company and tgeatrical agency Dadis a head buyer for a large company. Our children are mostly well behaved and we love to have fun together. We need a big sister type person to join our family until Christmas and possibly after this too. We are expecting a baby jn august you will not be required to care for tge baby at all.
Au pair job description. Mon to friday one weekend a month with days off being given during the week plus 1 evening babysitting max 35 hours per week extra hours will be paid or extra time off given. We will not pay for holidays and up to 4 weeks holiday can be taken 2 weeks to be chosen by the au pair and 2 weeks by the family. Placement will be until december 23rd 2017 with a view to extend in the new year. Duties Mon to friday getting our 3 year old up and ready for nursery and walking her to nursery for 8:30 am and to collect at 11:30am this will change to 3:30 in september but will in september include a nursery drop and collection for or son. Cleaning the house for 3 hours each day this time to include time for the children's laundry 2 days a week after nursery to take the children to the local soft play and take our daughter to ballet on a weds afternoon and collect her after. Looking after our youngest son on a as and when basis if Mum needs a nap or to pop to the office hours to be discussed monthly to insure au pair has enough time for study etc This changes in August where the au pair will not do school drop off but will need to arrange one full day out a week with the children and be on call to look after the children when mum goes into labour. During half terms and school holidays there is no school drop offs but a whole day out per week to cover these hours. Once a week to cook a family meal. You will have your own room with a view of the garden. The children will not enter your room at all. We reserve the right to go in to your room if we suspect anything but we would do this with your supervision. We will provide all meals breakfast of cereal toast or eggs you will be required to clear up after yourself. Lunch of sandwiches or equivalent dinner is a full cooked meal with an occasional take away. We always have plenty of snack food in the house that you can help yourself too. Our house is in Greenford ealing a leafy suburban area in west london. Our house is a 5 min walk to the central red line and takes 20 mins to get to central london. We have a front and back garden and live close to parks and leisure centers. We are a Christian household and while we are not specifically looking for a Christian au pair we do require that you respect our home and its values. We also have a cat and a rabbit. What we are looking for A honest reliable au pair who likes to have fun and whom the children will build a lasting relationship based on fun and learning. We do not want a smoker living in our home and we also do not want someone who drinks alcohol heavily or takes drugs. We will allow guests to visit but no friends of the opposite sex may stay the night. You should have a good sense of humour. We in return will provide a loving home where you can learn about English and English culture. We provide pocket money in accordance to the uk au pair guidelines and scope for extra hours.
