Introduction personnelle

Dear My Future Host Family, my name is Thoyyibatun Nafisah but you can call me Nafis or Fish. I'm from Indonesia and live in Sidoarjo (in the Sidoarjo mudflow area). I learn German Literature and will graduate in this October. Since 2022, I start working as General Affairs at Climate tech startup called Carbon Addons, I am working from anywhere. And from july this year, I also help my family to organize our new Indonesian restaurant in Malang. For your information, our restaurant is very close with Malang airport, so we have a lot of international guest, I am happy with that because I can practice my English and German. I have a passion for learning languages and cultures, thats makes me tolerence (respect), opens my mind, showing me how diverse the world is and how infinitely rich in cultures and languages, which makes me want to explore more of the world. I love being around children. I also live with my nephews and I often help my aunt to take care of her kids. I also join volunteer activities related to teaching and guiding children. Being an au pair is a good opportunity for me, because I can do something I love while learning a new language, culture and traditions. I would be happy to become like an older sister to your children and I can adapt easily since being with kids always makes me feel at home.
