Introduction personnelle

Dear family, I do not know you yet, but I would love to get to know you and have the opportunity to start my experience as an au-pair girl thanks to you. First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Maria, I’ll turn 18 in April and I come from Italy. Precisely, I live in Bergamo, where I attend Liceo Classico, a type of high school focused on the study of Ancient Greek, Latin, Italian Literature, History, Philosophy, Maths and Physics. But besides Plato, Cicero and Seneca I have got other hobbies. In fact, I practise two fascinating disciplines, aerials and unicycle, and I took part in several national competitions. But that’s not all! So far I have spent my summers being an educator in both summer and nature camps and I have found my love for children and – why not- for animals, as well. In the future I would like to take up Law at university and work for Humanitarian Organizations such as Emergency to help children and people in need in war- stricken countries. For this reason I believe that spending a couple of months In Britain as an au-pair girl is crucial to increase my child care skills as well as my knowledge of English.
