Introduction personnelle

I enjoy working with children and I'm excited by the idea of living in a new country, experiencing a different culture, and becoming part of a family everyday life. After finishing school, I know I want to do something meaningful and slightly adventurous before continuing onto a career. My goal is to build strong connections, grow as a person and learn from the experience of living abroad whilst offering support and care for a family. I've gained experience in childcare in a few different ways. I've babysat for family friends, and relatives, which taught me to be patient , responsible and creative. For example, helping with homework, playing games or coming up with creative activities. During my volunteer trip in Sri Lanka, I spent time helping and teaching in a primary school, strengthening my childcare abilities. In addition, I worked at a nursery for just over 3 years, which gave me experience with everything from mealtimes and nap times, to keeping children safe and happy throughout the day.
