Hello, we are a busy hosuehold in the Scottish coutyside who need some home help. We are 25 minutes from Glasgow, a big city with lots to see and do. We live in a large house with an indoor private pool. We are laid back and open minded. we are vegetarian and enjoy the countryside, peace, walking and ski-ing. We have cats, hens and a dog. We live next door to the childrens grandmother. We are keen readers and are looking for someone who has ideas and thoughts to share and contribute ti our home.
The au pair will have minimal responsibilities. They will be required to look after the children occasionally and provide interesting activities for them to do. The au pair will need to be able to make children laugh and be at ease in new situations. She must be confident and able to adapt to the family home. She will be respnsible for the household tasks such as cleaning, washing and will walk the dog a couple of times a week and help with the other animals. It is most important that we find the right sort of person who is free thinking and open minded. The work required is about 2 hours a day and she can have the rest of the time off to do other work or study. Free English classes are available nearby. We can insure the au pair on our car but a driving licence is essential. We have had a previous au pair and she is now living and working independantly nearby having set up her own creative business with our support. You must be able to undertake housework and speak a good level of English. Many thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
