Hello I am a busy professional mother working in London 5 days a week as the Marketing Director for a law firm. I am looking for a lovely, loving and kind Au Pair to join my family. We are a kind, loving, friendly, sporty family from South East London. We like dancing in the kitchen, listening to music or watching football on the television! We are all Chelsea Football supporters and William who is 9, plays football for a local team every weekend. I play netball at the weekend and am learning latin and ballroom dancing. Flora who is 8, dances and sings all around the house and sings in her school choir. We have four guinea pigs who live outside and a little dog called Ming Ming. So we will need an Au Pair who loves dogs! We are all excited about having an Au Pair and welcoming her into our family. We are looking for someone who is fun, loving and friendly. Someone who wants to spend time with the children planning days out and exploring all our local area has to offer as well as London. Someone that fits in well as part of our family and can use their own initiative and can be fair but firm with the children when needed. You will have your own double bedroom with patio door opening out onto the garden patio, with views into the garden. We live in a quite residential area within 2 minutes walk to the bus stop or 20 minutes walk into Bromley town centre and fast trains into London which take only 16 minutes!
Working Monday to Friday only. Working only 1 hour in the morning on a school day giving the children breakfast and walking them the short distance to their school. The Au Pair would have the day to herself to attend local English Language school or for free time. Working approximately 3.5 hrs in the afternoon. Collecting the children from school, providing them with a snack, supervising their homework, playing games with them, preparing a simple evening meal for them, supervising their baths, and caring for them until I arrive home. Baby sitting two evenings a week, if required. Their father who is a policeman lives nearby. He is involved in their lives as much as possible but there is no set routine for when the children are staying with him - it depends on his working shifts. The Au Pair would not be expected to work when the children are staying with their father. Light house work would be required: washing the children's clothes, changing the children's bedsheets, tidying up, vacuum up, sweeping the floor, a small amount of ironing for the children, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.
