We are looking for someone to helping with childcare for our 2 daughters, one aged 6 months and the other 5 years. Ideally we would like you to happily integrate with our family, providing you feel comfortable doing so. We live in the coastal town of Leigh on Sea, a 45 minute train journey from London and only a few miles from Southend on Sea, which although is listed as a town it has all you would expect from a city, but granted it is not London. We feel we are situated a suitable distance from London to be able to enjoy what if has to offer but far enough away to not have the congestion of city life. Our reason for seeking an Au Pair is a work life stye choice, both myself and my wife work full time and with our eldest daughter now at school would have to visit a baby sitting both before and after school and our baby daughter be in full time day care. We believe that with the right mutual appointment our children with have a more enjoyable and stable life style having someone care for them in their own home, rather than a baby sitters house, being rushed in and out before and after school.
Monday to friday working hours childcare, Jessica will be at school but Amelie will be at home. Light house work and occasional evening babysitting. Someone who can engage with Jessica and Amelie, and as long as our children are happy, we'll be happy. Someone from a foreign nation appeals to us as there would be an added bonus of a cultural exchange between us all.
