We are a happy easy going family. We have two boys Dexter age 5 who will be 6 in September and Marcus who is 3. We have has 2 au pairs and both stayed with us for over 18 months as they were so happy. Dexter is at school and Marcus goes 2 days each week but this will increase to 3 1/2 days in October. My work hours are very varied and therefore I need an au pair to be flexible. You will have use of our second car for your leisure every evening and most weekends. We live on a wonderful country lane but we are only 20 mins on train to London Bridge. We are also near Sevenoaks town and we can get to the seaside in about an hour in the car. We are just about to move into a new house that we have built so you will have lovely modern accommodation with a double room, bathroom and separate kitchenette. The house also has a gym. The boys are great fun. They love sports and playing outside. They are very sociable and really enjoy company. They also love to read and have stories and are very interested in model making. They adored our previous au pairs and are very excited about a new person coming to live with us. Our neighbours are also excited as they often offered my au pairs extra babysitting work.
We require an au pair plus for 33 hours per week. We will pay £110 and this should also include 2 babysits if needed. This would not be often. Duties will include: Getting children up dressed and to school. If Marcus not at school looking after him Picking children up from school. Light household work Responsibility for the cleaning of childrens areas ( bedroom bathroom and playroom) Childrens washing and ironing. Generally helping me keep things running smoothly.
