We have two lovely fun children; an 8 year old girl at junior school and a 5 year old boy at infant school. I am a teacher, working full time, but I am home during school holidays. My husband is in the process of changing careers. We have a cat and small fish tank. We live in a village, which has a few shops and a supermarket. There is a main line station that goes to London and Portsmouth, within walking distance. There are plenty of lovely walks and nature trails to explore. There are other Au Pairs working in the village, so there are socialising opportunities too. The ideal candidate will be creative as the children love art and craft activities and enjoy the company of children. The ability to play games, chase the children around the garden and to help them learn to roller-skate and ride theirs bikes would be great.Be a non-smoker
We are looking for someone who will get the children ready for school in the morning and walk the 5 minute journey there with them and collect them again in the afternoon. The schools are both on the same site. General tidying up of toys etc, looking after the children's bathroom and putting laundry through. Preparing the children's packed lunches and dinner, they have very simple tastes. Very occasional evening babysitting. You will have your own room with double bed, TV and DVD player. Your own bathroom with shower cubicle. We have Wi-Fi. We can provide you with a bicycle. Weekends are yours to do as you like. We are offering £70 per week and full board. We are looking for someone for a minimum of a year.
