We have 3 wonderful children, a girl and two boys. We live in a beautiful part of Kent, in a large village, very close to a big town and 45 minutes train ride to London and close to Gatwick airport. Our au pair would have their own double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with internet access. We also have a heated outdoor swimming pool (see photos). We are looking for an au pair to join us from August 2014 until end of July 2015. If you are interested, we will send you a more detailed description of the role and then arrange to have a conversation on Skipe. Our house is always busy and lively! We are a very happy household with lots of love and laughter. The children all go to the same school Monday to Friday which they love and there are many after school clubs and other activities that the children do each week. We have a lovely home and the accomodation for an au pair is very good with your own bathroom, internet access and the use of your own lounge at night time. We also have an outdoor heated swimming pool. We all enjoy playing football, tree climbing and swimming in the garden on the weekend. We love cooking but mainly eating really good food, so we are looking forward to our au pair teaching us her national dishes! The children also love lots of cuddles! Oh I should say that we have one cat called Cookie, who is adorable but just in case you are allergic.
We need help dropping taking our kids to school and collecting them. You will also need to be able to help them with their homework, prepare their dinner and look after them until we return from work. We do have a cleaner but you will be expected to keep the house tidy and wash and iron the children's clothes, bedsheets and towels. It is very important that you have some experience of working with children, are a confident driver of an automatic car and will be aged 25 or over on 27 August 2014 (for car insurance). Your hours will be 25 per week. Sometimes we need help with babysitting out of these hours, a maximum of twice per week, but this doesn't happen that often. We do have friends who need babysitting and we are happy for you to earn additional money babysitting for them.
