I am single mother student, who is family oriented, flexible and target focused. I appreciate multicultural backgrounds. My first priorities are my children and their safety and welfare and I can not stress enough on my children physical and emotional safety and security, particularly regarding this process. I can easily adjust myself with the other's demands and wishes in respect of accepting each other individual values and responsibilities on the both sides. I have a very warm, honest and supportive family background, and I have transferred these values to my own family as the fundamental basis. I am looking for a person to have the same value and views. Due to my bilingual family background-Farsi and English- I am looking for a person who can speak these two languages while working and living with us. I am looking for a person who can respond my childrens' practical and emotional needs within a respectful and responsible manner. The person should have time and self management ability and adaptive capacity to the new environment. The person should be patient and have some experiences in working with children previously. The person should be interested to learn and evaluate his/ her abilities with an open mind. The person should not intrude his/her own spiritual ideas and beliefs to my family. The person should value the healthy nutrition and lifestyle while working with my children and his/her stay in the family. The person should provide criminal record and references.
An Au pair is person who will be trusted for working with the vulnerable members of a family. The Au pair should be willing to demonstrate his/ her capacities to build up this trust. Working with children within the most effective period of the days requires a various qualifications: 1.having enough knowledge about children mental and physical milestone development. 2. Being patient and flexible regarding everyday life enquiries and family agendas. 3. Having effective communication skills with children and adults. 4. Having previous evidence- based experience/s in working with the children. 5.Having self management skills. 6.Being open minded to learn the new skills and ideas. 7.Being responsible to his/ her agendas and the children's. By these qualifications, an au pair can gain significant experiences while working in a new environment and in return, can provide the family a safe and peaceful environment, which is appreciated by the members of the family.
