We are a warm and welcoming family living in Houston, Texas, with our baby boy. We value kindness, respect, honesty, open communication, and a calm, comfortable home environment. We enjoy spending time together as a family and hope to share our culture while also learning about our Au Pair’s background and traditions. We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, responsible, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with infants. We hope to find an Au Pair who is attentive to our baby’s needs, communicates openly with us, respects our parenting preferences, and is willing to become a meaningful part of our family. Experience caring for infants, good judgment, and a strong awareness of safety are especially important to us.
The Au Pair’s primary responsibility will be caring for our infant son, including bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, supporting naps, and engaging him in age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, reading, singing, and sensory play. The role also includes preparing simple baby food as he grows, cleaning bottles, doing the baby’s laundry, organizing toys, and keeping the nursery and play areas tidy. We are looking for someone who can provide attentive, safe, and loving care while following our baby’s routine and communicating openly with us.
