Nice to meet you! My name is Catarina and I'm the proud mom of 10 month old baby girl, Luísa. Kristof (the proud dad) and I think the best thing for Luísa at this stage is to be near me but I'm in the middle of a PhD program and stopping, unfortunately, is not an option. We're looking for an independent and energetic easy going person to help out with Luísa while I'm working. If you enjoy being outdoors and near the beach, like to surf or want to learn we live in the perfect spot.
You'd accompany me to Lisbon three times a week. We start driving at around 8h30 which puts us at work at around 10. I'm in the lab for 6-7 hours. During this period you'd stay with Luísa in the campervan, take her for walks in the big park around the campus, or chill with a café and pastel de nata in one of the bars. I'll check in regularly for feedings and cuddles. We're usually home by 18-19h, and you're off the clock. Kristof and I will usually make a meal together (I love to cook) and watch a movie or play a board game before bedtime and you're welcome to join. When I don't go in to work you may have to watch Luísa for a few hours while I catch up on housework or run errands. You'll have three full days free, including weekends (or two full days and two half days). We offer a 300€ allowance, meals included. Our hobbies include surfing, swimming, hiking, and yoga.
