Hi, my name is noah, i come from a large family and am the youngest of 5 siblings. My family are from the Netherlands, but moved to Sweden 2 years before I was born. I am 21 years old, and I currently still liv at home. I grew up in the Swedish countryside, and that is still where I live.
I would really like to be an aupair and nanny, to broaden my horizons, grow as a person and learn new things. I want to step out of my comfort zone, and get to know a new culture, maybe pick up a new language and hopefully teach some of my hobbies.
I come for a big family, where we've always been almost 12 people living on the same plot, there are multiple houses. I love to cook and bake, and am very meticulous when it comes to cleaning up after myself. I am a kind, gentle and soft person, and get along with children very well. I have an 8 year old nephew, and saw him grow up. I also have a almost 1 year old niece, that I absolutely love, and next april, she'll be a big sister. I have a second nephew, and he was born in June. I was a mentor at 13, for a 6 year old girl at my school. It was mandatory, for the class 6 to be a mentor for those who started the school. She was a sweet girl, who I was neighbors with. She was from Poland, and had diabetes, but I made sure to look after her for the entire last year at that school. But I knew her for a few years prior as well, and I was always a sort of friend and mentor to her, her family eventually moved away.
I consider myself a calm person, and a very empathetic person as well. I care for people, and like to make people laugh, feel happy and be comfortable. I love to cook food and bake for others, as making people happy through food makes me happy. I am also a very creative person, as I paint, draw, sculpt, write and sew a lot. And I would love to be able to share these things with others.
I have lived in sweden my entire life, the furthest I've ever really traveled is Belgium, but I was 6 and I dont remember it a lot. We used to travel to the Netherlands a lot, to meet with extended family. But after my father passes away in 2013, we stopped traveling.
I love my home, and I love my family. But I feel this need to see a different world, meet new people, learn new things and teach things as well. I want to experience a new culture compared to mine, and maybe share my own culture and traditions from my life and childhood. I also really want to make memories worth talking about, and being able to look back on my 20s and be happy that I did something good.
I speak English and Swedish fluently, I also know dutch, but struggle speaking it nowadays, because i haven't spoken it much the last few years.
