I want to become an au pair because I would like to experience a new culture, meet people from a different background, and become more independent while doing something meaningful. I enjoy being around children and I would love the opportunity to support a host family in their daily life, while also learning from them. My main reason for planning an au pair stay is to develop myself personally and gain valuable experience in another country. I want to improve my language skills, learn about a different culture and way of life, and build a strong connection with my host family. My goal is to return from the experience as a more confident, responsible and open-minded person. I also hope to create beautiful memories, make a positive difference in the lives of the children I care for, and build friendships and connections that can last beyond my au pair experience.
