Hi, my name is Chiara, I'm twenty years old and I'm from a small town called Civitella Del Tronto in Abruzzo. Ever since I was little, I've always loved caring for others, especially children. It's precisely this passion that drove me to embark on this AuPair and Nanny experience: a wonderful opportunity to grow as a human being while also enthusiastically participating in your family's daily life. I'd like to become an AuPair not only to learn the language and understand the culture better, but also to have a unique and unforgettable experience in a country other than Italy. Being an integral part of a family, supporting them in caring for their children, is much more than a job for me: it's a human and emotional commitment that I embrace with commitment and dedication. I think you should choose me because I'm reliable, empathetic, patient, and authoritative but not overbearing. I adapt easily to new situations, I respect family rules, and I always put the children's well-being and safety first. I have experience working with children of all ages, from 1 to 17, and I build positive bonds with them through play, listening, and constant presence. My qualifications include: I studied humanities, particularly pedagogy, in high school, and subsequently completed an internship at an elementary school. In less than a week, I built a wonderful rapport with the children, who immediately began calling me "teacher" after the first day. I have decades of experience in summer camps, organized by the priests of my parish, where I am the leader of the older children's group (12-13 years old). My role as leader involves welcoming the children in the morning, moving them from one activity to another in the designated camp area, supervising them as they move from one activity to another and during the activity, and maintaining their interest if they begin to get bored. And finally, last year I lived in a mission house where, along with other young people, I led school missions lasting about five hours. During these missions, we alternated games and quizzes with catechesis in preparation for First Communion or Confirmation. On weekends, we welcomed families to the facility. While the parents took time to participate and listen to the priest's catechesis, we, divided into groups, cared for their children, organizing a catechesis or mini-testimony about our journey of faith, along with a few games and songs to make it all more enjoyable. At one of these Family Days, we also created age-appropriate arts and crafts, action songs, and face painting. I'm truly excited to get to know your family, support you in your daily life, and grow together, building a relationship of love and mutual trust.
