Dear future host family. I am Bettsi Jacqueline, i'm 21 years old. i'm from the Michoacan, in Mexico, is a very picturesque city which is inspired by Spain and is considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Let me tell you something about myself. I was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua. I grew up in this place full of history and with a quite changeable climate or it is very hot or very cold. I lived there for 12 years whit my parents Blanca and Ricardo , my sister named Britney she is 19 years old and my younger brother Ricardo is 15 years old until 2008. in this year we moved to Guamuchil, Sinaloa for one year, its a samll town where it is very hot. we finally got to where we live now, but my parents separated so only my brothers, my mother and I arrived here. All this of changing our state gave me the opportunity to cook beautiful places and people who are still my friends, In addition, they have made me a very strong person and I am not afraid to leave the safe behind I have become quite adventurous and it has made me enjoy the moment, because today I am here and tomorrow who knows, i have learned to be more patient, respect, honesty, tolerant and i am able to commicate better to resolve misiundertading. What can I tell you about myself? I am a responsible, friendly, very patient and empathetic girl. In my daily routine I am organized, determined and dynamic. I enjoy spending quality time with my family, friends and also with my dog. I love dogs. In fact, I have donated food and cleaning products on several occasions. Also, I am a person who wants to do many things, I like to discover new things: people, places, culture. I studied the career of science and communication techniques for 3 years I graduated in October 2019 and they were the best years of my life, I met wonderful people I had incredible and super intelligent teachers who always supported me, there I met my best friends with which we keep going out with them constantly. I really like going out to dance and sing in Karaoke. Currently I have intermediate-advanced English, I seek to improve it to 100% I did an exam by the university called TOEC, in addition to that I would like to learn the language that they speak at home. But my best friend met her in high school. We have been friends for 7 years, her name is Yajaira and despite the fact that everyone chose a different career, we see each other constantly, in fact we traveled to the beach in August 2020 and it was amazing to live an experience with her, it's like she's my sister. I like to travel, I think it's a good way to meet new people or you could get to know your friends better. I consider myself quite an adventurous person since I know many places in my country such as Mazatlan, Sinaloa, the city of Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Nayarit, Ixtapa, Cancun, Chiapas and CDMX. I only know another country which is Guatemala. I enjoy dancing, mainly Latin or trendy music. However, I usually listen to different musical styles and I also love attending concerts, I have not gone to as many as I would like, I have only attended ah 6 or 7. I like to read and do crafts in my relaxation time, it does not matter if they do not always look good but it's good to try. one of my greatest passions is putting on makeup. I consider myself quite good. Addition to the fact that I love the cinema I go a lot with my family and friends, here in the city of Morelia the Morelia Film Festival is held, it is very important many actors come from other countries as well as films that are nominated for various awards , I worked for half a year as an intern at Cinepolis, which is the cinema that carries out this festival, so I had the opportunity to see many of these films since they can only be seen in one function, my favorite directors are Quentin Tarantino, Alfonso Cuaron , Guillermo del Toro and Tim burton. Besides that I love animated movies and cartoons. As for my experience with children, my family is quite large, I have a total of 8 uncles on my mother's side that makes me have 36 cousins ​​of different ages and I take care of at least 5 small cousins ​​at the same time at the last one I take care of It was for about 3 months her name is Liz and she was a newborn but my aunt moved to another city, in addition to the fact that I have 16 nephews in total of whom I have taken care of 3 of them. When I take care of the children I always put activities such as crafts, oh we began to sing or dance and play different games such as soccer, ball, "you bring it", the enchanted ones, the hide and seek, etc., I made them food or snacks. They are really tender and very educated children since whenever we played I told them to pick up their toys, oh if they threw something I told them to help me clean it, ah pick up their dish and put it in the dishwasher to teach them values ​​of responsibility, respect for each other and towards the pets that were in the house, and above all that they always said "please" and "thank you" and teach them to love others and nature. not always everything was games since there were times that the little ones had homework that they left at school and I helped them to do it, really this is something that I have always done since with my brothers I currently only did it with my younger brother since my brother is in the university. Also, I would add that I am starting to learn to drive, my mother is teaching me what could be a good option if I had to take them somewhere. I have all the support from my mother, she has always supported me in my decisions and is super happy with this new adventure, because of her I am the woman that I am, she paid me the entire degree and it was difficult for her since she is a mother single I loved to become just as strong, intelligent and brave as her. The reason I decided to do this is the pleasure of doing an adventure in another country in a family environment, which I really value. I am very excited about this opportunity, I know that living with your children and with you, in a different country with such a beautiful culture, will increase my personal training and I will learn a lot.
