My name is Lorna and I’m the mum. I am originally from Ireland; I lived in Australia for almost ten years and moved to the UK in 2014. I work as a research manager and lecturer at a university about 25 mins drive from our home. I spend my days in the office or working from home. In my spare time I enjoy tennis and going to the gym, cooking, coffee and going for walks around the area. My partner is Mark. He is British and we met in Australia. Mark works for a large company as an IT consultant. He travels a lot for work and is away from home for 3 days a week. He enjoys running, soccer, current affairs and politics and enjoys exploring the beautiful towns and villages, walks and national trust sites that surround where we live. Our eldest child is Amelie (Ami); she was born in Melbourne and is 5 years old. She is a curious, outgoing and bright child who loves to make new friends, and dance and sing. She attends an acting class on Saturday mornings, loves painting and the outdoors and she is learning how to read. She enjoys eating out and going for coffee with her mum! She started school in September at the local primary school. She is great company to her little brother and baby sister. Our son is called Oliver (Oli). He is 3 years old. He is full of mischief ! He loves the playground, and talks non-stop of tractors, airplanes and trains! He has recently learned to use a scooter so he and Amelie enjoy doing that together. He attends a nursery two days a week. Our littlest is Isobel (Izzie). She was born in January 2016. She is a sweet baby! She smiles a lot and loves walks
We need an au pair to support our family for 40 hours a week spread across 7 days. But we can discuss the role more over skype!
