We require some mother’s help with our 2 children whilst Nicola works upstairs in the house. We can guarantee you 30-35 hours a week which will give you £496.50 - £649.25 a month pocket money. Carolina currently works 33-35 hours a week. You will also have 18 days paid holiday (including bank holidays). Other than childcare the other help we will require is help to make the children's food and drinks and some light housework such as hanging out clean washing/folding the clean washing for the family, loading and unloading the dishwasher, helping Nicola prepare the dinner and keeping the children's toys organised. We have a cleaner come to the house so you will not have to clean the house! We will sometimes ask if you can babysit (once a week or once every 2 weeks). Your social life will always come first so if you are unable to babysit on a night this is fine as we have family nearby who can also help. The new person must be very confident, independent, energetic, must genuinely like children, possibly with a teacher training background. There are lots of au pairs in the local area so you will not be lonely! Our current au pair has made lots and lots of friends in the local area (Spanish and other nationalities).
