Dear Aupair We are a family of 4 (Mum Jen, Dad Ben and children aged 5 - Monty - and 8 - Rosa) who are looking for a mature, fun and confident au pair to join our happy, relaxed family in weybridge which is near London. We are looking for someone to stay for 12 months or longer. Both our children go to school and we need some help to take them to school and collect them and help with household duties. We are a family that loves to play, especially silly games like chase, and hide and seek. We are looking for an aupair who doesn't mind playing silly games and having lots of fun. There will be plenty of free time in the week to meet with friends and go to language classes where you can meet many other au pairs. We are also getting a Vizsla puppy in February and it would be great if our au pair loves dogs and is happy to walk ours on some days. Rosa and Monty love playing in the garden looking for creatures and frogs etc. so it would really help if you don’t mind this sort of thing. Pay will be 100 pounds during term time and 120 pounds a week in the school holidays. We will also give 4 weeks paid holiday and a SIM card. Please get in touch if you like the sound of our family.
We are looking for au pair for 25-30 hours per week. Weybridge is a beautiful town with great amenities and many many other au pairs to meet. It is only 30 minutes from central London by frequent train. Your hours would be spread over a 5 day week. A typical day when Jen is working (3 days a week) would be 2 hours in the morning including school drop off, playing with the children, light cleaning and laundry and minimal pet care or walking the dog. There will be 3-4 hours in the afternoon including school pick up, playing with the children, preparing their evening meal, homework or craft activities, assisting with bed time and cleaning duties, getting clothes/school bags ready for the next day. In the school holidays our au pair will need to look after the children all day on the 2-3 days Jen is at work as well as other light household duties in the rest of the week. LOCATION AND HOUSE We live in on a quiet road within a few minutes walk of Weybridge town center. Weybridge has lots of other au pairs including 2 more on our road. Weybridge center has many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as some beautiful countryside including the rivers Wey and Thames. Weybridge train station is a 10 min walk from our home, has regular trains running every 10 to 15 minutes that take 30 minutes to reach London Waterloo. Weybridge also has 2 language schools for au pairs which our previous au pairs have loved. Our house has six bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is very bright and airy. Your room will have its own bathroom. We have a large garden to the rear. The house has satellite tv and fast broadband on WIFI. We have a regular cleaner. The house is also a short walk from a great park, which has a large play area for children and, in warmer weather, an outdoor children’s pool. .
