Dear Au pair, If you love children and have a sensitive, tender, and loving way about you, and have an understanding of child development--please sible, nurturing, and hard working with my son as I am. I want to know that he is in the best care while I'm at work. Also, as a mother, I need as much support with the running of the house as I can get. I will always make you feel like one of the and help you to get acclimated to the area, if you are not from around here. I know that child care is the hardest and most important job in the world. I will highly value you in our lives and treat you with the utmost respect.
Drop off/pick up from school, care from after school until approx 7pm not later--including after school activities/play dates, meal preparation and bathing/getting ready for bed. He gets out of school at 12:15pm, very close to home. If he is home sick from school, I will need you to be with him so that I can keep my job. I will also need help with shopping, basic cooking, some laundry, some errands and light housekeeping. I have a person who comes in once a week who also does laundry and heavy cleaning.
