I am a 51 year old semi retired man - I have two boys one 11 and the other 19 who live with me 50% of the time or more. I also work as a volunteer helping young adults with certain challenges find work or further training. Im fairly easy to get on with but know what I want and will openly discuss most things. The type of person I'm looking for is someone who I can trust, who will enjoy living in a village near the sea, be fairly easily contented, can communicated freely, is fun but can be dedicated and serious when working.
The house is a 4 reception room, 5 bed, two bathrooms and an en suite. The house is in very good condition. I do clean myself but need help. I'm fairly easy going but know what I want - very open and easy to talk to - so happy to talk about what can be done in the time available. I am also looking for someone who can do laundry, cook some of our meals and help at times with light gardening. Im also looking to some degree for company. House room for the Aupair is a large double bedroom with views over the garden - with lots of storage. The house is located on the East Coast, within 50 metres are the shops and restaurants. There is within the town a Golf club, Lawn Tennis club, and a professional Cricket club. A short walk to the main line railway that goes to Colchester and London.
