We are an Australian family that have been living in London for 8 years and are both working professionals. We believe we are fairly flexible with our au-pairs/nannies and are looking for a cross between a big sister and a teacher that will help to install our values into our children when we can't be there.
We are looking for someone that will be live-in to help us take care of our school age children (12,9) as well as some light household duties (washing & folding clothes as well as cooking for the children). Mostly this involves before and after school assistance with homework and supervising that they have prepared their bags for the following day - rather than doing things for them. We have a full description of the kids schedule and what we need done for when we talk further.
