WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY TO START JAN 2015 Dear Aupair We are a loving family and would like to invite you to be part of our family. We live in a recently-built house with a big garden, with a big climbing frame and sand pit outside to keep our boys happy. My husband goes out fishing and diving regularly, so we have seafood and fresh fish frequently. We always enjoys the Great Outdoors and will go frequently for walks in the mountains. We feel this position would suit somebody with a keen interest in wildlife, as we can see deer, eagles, otters, seals and even porpoises without leaving our front garden! Also, many outdoor activities, including mountain claiming and skiing, are just at our door step. I work from home as a writer so my working hours are very flexible and would adjust to your timetable if you needed time to study or attend classes during the day. There is a college about an hour away, with access to many courses, from english lessons to tourism or childcare. There may even be the possibility of attending classes in a learning centre, which is only 15 minutes away. I'm Portuguese, and both boys are learning to speak both languages, so I would prefer a Portuguese au-pair so that they can improve their Portuguese. Our current au-pair has been with us for over a year and quickly became part of the family!
This position is mostly to look after our boys during the day, while I work. I work from home, so my time is very flexible and I will adjust to your timetable if you wish to attend any classes at our local college. Occasionally, may be required some light housework, like ironing the boys clothes, helping at mealtimes or tidy up the boys' bedroom. I also try to exercise 2/3 evenings a week.
