Dear Au Pair, We are a family of three - parents and 4.5 years old girl. She starts school in September, but we would like you to start on 26 August. We live in Guildford, not far away from local shopping and restaurants. Guildford is 40-minute direct train ride from London. We are looking for an au pair to supervise our daughter getting ready for school in the morning (wash, dress and breakfast) and drop her to school which is 10 minutes walk. In the afternoon, at 3pm, you would need to pick her up from school and take care until we get home from work at about 6pm. We wouldn’t expect you to do any clean-up or any other housekeeping. We both work full-time, and we are looking for someone to rely on, who is good with children, friendly and organised. We will pay a basic allowance of £70 a week for 20 hours and pay extra for extra hours if they are agreeable to both parties.
