I am a PhD student and need help with my children's school runs. I am reasonable and deal fairly with everyone i come across.
I will need the au pair to drop my children at school and pick them up daily, and to watch over them until i return. My schedule is dependent on the reliability of public transport, but it usually involves long hours. I want someone who will not consider my children to be just a job, but who will treat them as younger siblings. I will also like some help with light cleaning and generally keeping my home safe and the kids out of trouble until i arrive. The au pair will have their weekends free. i want someone who knows the dignity in labour. I need someone who is responsible and hard working, not someone who will get to pick the kids late from school or who will leave them un-supervised.
