Our nearly 4 y old daughter goes to nursery school every day (3h) - as our nanny is having a baby, we need a charming, reliable and trustworthy German speaking au pair from Jan to Jul2014 (or longer). Duties are childcare, playdates, easy housework - we live in a fashionable and chic area in central London in a 4 floor house with garden. The area is very international so the au pair will speak English all day (school, other nannies, other children…) except with our daughter with whom she has to practice her German. We are academics (Lawyer and doctor) so someone with an Abitur would be best. We offer a lot, great city lifestyle, tennis, sport, travel to nice warm places - no need to drive, we walk everywhere - we need the au pair to work about 35 h a week plus some occasional babysitting. Your room has 20m2 and a new bathroom. Pls only apply if you are a NATIVE German speaker :) We look forward to hearing from you
Breakfast with us (mum and girl), make her ready to go our incl brushing teeth, play with her, do simple learning things like numbers or letters, go to playdates, take her to ballet class, take her to local playgrounds and parks (all 5 mins away), prepare lunch for her (mostly preprepared by mum), drop her off at nursery school and collect her 3 h later. Prepare dinner, feed her dinner (sometimes). Mum works from home so is around but also has many meetings so we need a confident person who has childcare experience. Our girl has asthma and allergies so medical care is important too (using inhaler, it is easy). She has a nanny but she is having a baby soon so will not be around
