Hi, our house is very busy but we all work and my son just needs someone to take him to school and pick him up. I work shifts and so sometimes I can be off 3 days during the week, these days i will take my son to school and pick him up. I have 2 older children (22 and 19) who i had au pairs for when they were little and we are still very good friends with them and we have met each others families. I would expect our au pair to feel part of our family. Our chosen au pair will have lots of time off as i work shifts and could be off during the week but every weekend my son goes to his dads, straight from school friday until sunday night. I would pay 70 per week as the au pair would have lots of free time. We have a gym in our home which they can also use if they wish. Our chosen au pair would be very welcome in our house and would be treated as part of the family.
Taking my son to and from school but some weeks only maybe twice, as i could be off, light housework and cook my sons meal when i'm on a late shift. Also the au pair will not have to have my son during any holidays as he is always away. I don't pay when its holidays, as i feel that the au pair will have lots of time off, they would probably even be able to get a part time extra job if they wanted, as long as it doesn't interefere with taking and picking up my son.
