We are a British family with 1 child who attends school full time Monday - Friday. We would like an au pair to assist with getting him ready for school, dropping off and picking up. The role is mostly during the week and weekends are usually free for the au pair. We are a neat, quiet, friendly and respectful family and it is important that the au pair fits into our home as 'one of the family'. The au pair must be house proud (tidy), a non smoker and independent enough to make use of the abundant free time.
Main job is to look after our child. This involves: 1. Getting him ready for school 2. Dropping off at & picking up from school 3. Preparing basic meals for the child. 4. Indoor and Outdoor activities with the child. 5. Helping with school work 6. Taking to after school clubs and picking up after. 7. Being available during the day if school or other emergency occurs. 8. Cleaning up after our child and yourself. 9. Covering any school holidays. It would also be helpful if the au pair assists with some household chores e.g. general cleaning.
