We are a young, multicultural family, Brazilian and Ukrainian, living in a brand new luxury building on the Hudson River waterfront in Jersey City, 15 minutes from Manhattan. We love to travel, eat clean, and stay active. We want someone warm, independent, and genuinely comfortable with infants. Liam will be around 5 months when our au pair arrives and needs calm, confident, attentive care. A Portuguese, Ukrainian, or Russian speaker is a strong plus. We treat our au pair as part of the family.
Full-time infant care for Liam, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities include feeding, naps, tummy time, and all tasks related to Liam: washing and ironing his clothes, sterilizing bottles, and keeping the nursery tidy. One parent works from home and is present but not available for childcare during working hours. Weekends are free, though the au pair is welcome to join family outings. If we travel, she travels with us.
