Key Responsibilities Childcare Duties Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children in educational, creative, and recreational activities (reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, homework support) Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children Assist with morning and bedtime routines as needed Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments (if applicable) Household Support (Child-Related) Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s areas (bedrooms, play areas, kitchen after meals) Do children’s laundry and assist with light tidying related to childcare Support healthy routines, positive behavior, and developmental milestones Communication & Collaboration Communicate regularly with parents about schedules, activities, and any concerns Follow family guidelines, routines, and expectations Participate as a respectful member of the household Ideal Candidate Qualifications Genuine love for children and prior childcare experience (formal or informal) Responsible, patient, and dependable Basic proficiency in [English, if applicable] Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving is required)
