Dear future Au Pair, Thank you for taking the time to read more about our family. We are a very happy family of 4 with 2 lovely girls (age 7 and age 4). I was born in London, and Kelvin was born in Surrey. We live in England in a lovely town called Guildford which is 32 minutes train from the center of London. We are looking for an au pair to join our loving family. You would be our 1st au pair, but the children have always grown up with live in nannies around them :) We live in a lovely 4 bedroom house where you would have your own bedroom and bathroom; our home is the best of both worlds as it is a short walk from the center of the town but we are lucky to have wonderful walks on our doorstep as well so you really feel like you are in the countryside. It is also only 32 minutes by train in to the center of London! Both children are at school full time, so your role would be getting them ready for school in the morning and taking them to school, and then collecting them in the afternoon and then helping with dinner and after school logistics. We a wonderful of cleaner who comes each week. You must be able to drive confidently and have a clean license, and you must love spending time with children! You will have plenty of free time in the day (approximately from 9am until 2.30pm most days, with the option to have many Fridays off after drop off if you would like to go travelling etc). We are looking for someone who is happy, organized, fun, proactive and caring; who would like to be a big sister to our lovely children. - Getting the children ready for school. - Breakfast, sorting bags, helping them get dressed etc. - Cleaning up after breakfast. - Driving the children to and from school. - Helping the children with homework, piano practice, reading etc. - Helping cook/ prepare dinner for the children. - Helping keep the house tidy - 1 x baby sitting per week We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and who loves children.
