We are two mothers with a beautiful daughter named Addison. Addison will be two years old in September. We are looking for our second au pair after our current one returns to Germany at the start of August. We've had an amazing year and hope you become part our family too. We are looking for our second au pair after our current one returns to Germany at the start of August. We've had an amazing year and hope you become part our family too. Kettering is a small town located about an hours train ride from London, Birmingham, Cambridge and Nottingham. The train station, town centre, gym, college, library etc are all within walking distance. We work unpredictable hours as we work for the Emergency Services so time at home tends to be a relaxed affair - we love dinner and playtime with Addison before she goes to bed. I Cheryl am a bubbly, sociable and laid back person. I love to play sports and go the gym. I also enjoy listening to music and I try to travel as much as possible. I am from a family of 4 sisters so family time is very important to me. I look forward to welcoming you into our family. I Lucy am a homely person and enjoy relaxing when not at work. I enjoy keeping the house and garden tidy, it's where I like to be the most. I enjoy family holidays, having friends round for evenings in, and catching up with my family. Good english and driving essential Days in our family include looking after, entertaining, playing, cleaning and cooking for Addison whilst we are at work. She is a happy, sociable, inquisitive little girl who, loves people and other children so we want her to interact as much as possible. Previous experience working with children would be preferred and also a willingness to be creative. As we both work a 5 week shift pattern there are some weeks that are a little more hectic than others. We don't work weekends so that will be your own time- either to spend with us or to do your own thing. There will be some free time during the week also, specifically Wednesday as Addison goes to nursery from 10-4. Because of the nature of our work, you will need to be flexible as our hours at work change regularly at short notice but we will also be as flexible as we can in return. You must be willing and able to drive, and be confident to drive here in England on the left hand side of the road! Assistance with some light housework duties would be great and to be able to cook for yourself and Addison during the day. If you want to cook for us occasionally then that would be great too but completely your choice. We will happily cook for you when at home. We like to keep the house clean and tidy with things in their place. We want to you to become part of our family and join us with our social activities if you want to, and circle of friends. Addison is the most precious person in our lives and finding someone to help look after her, love her and continue to help her grow up is so important. We look forward finding our second au pair xx
