We are a family of Mum, Dad, 7.5yr old daughter and 2 cats – based in Palmerstown, Dublin (c20 mins west of from city centre with lots of public transport). Our daughter is 7 attending local school 5 days a week. She is a busy bee who is very dedicated to ballroom dancing & horse riding and would like to be a vet when she grows up. We have had au pairs over the past number of years from all parts of the world & there are lots of au pairs in our area to meet with. This is a live in position - Own bedroom; WiFi access; shared bathroom; Weekend free for you to stay with family or with friends. An interest in dancing, animals would be very welcomed by Lauren ! Mammy is also a dancer and dad is a mountain biker. Lauren says she only wants a girl who will play lots of toys/games with her, cycle, go to park - if you don't like these things then do not apply.
IMMEDIATE START: We are looking for a new Big Sister for our family. We would like someone to stay with our family and stay until December 2017. We have had au pairs for over 2 years now from all over the world. Driving not required - we live close to everything and we try to walk/cycle to school etc Hours: 3-5 days per week. Hours will be flexible/change depending on Terry's work shift & school holidays when you will have to be available full time some days. Weekends & evenings FREE. Main tasks are to bring Lauren to and from school & dancing everyday (walking or cycling 10-15 min); some very light house chores and make dinner Lauren after school. Require a good basic level of English to communicate with us. Some experience with children preferred - teaching qualifications would be a strong advantage. We really want an energetic and creative girl who is genuinely interested in the well-being and development of Children. NOTE: You may attend English classes but we need to co-ordinate times before you book.
