We are a friendly and busy family of 4 in need of a little bit of support. I work in the charity sector for Marie Curie. This role involves me travelling to Wales for a day or two every 2 weeks. My partner runs an events business organising music festivals in the UK. He also regularly travels for work. We have 2 daughters, Amelie and Elodie, aged 13 and 11. Amelie attends a ballet school in West London and also dances with the Royal Ballet Associates in Covent Garden each weekend. Elodie has recently started at secondary school in North London and loves gymnastics and singing. We also have a cat called Mittens. We live in a 3 bed flat with a lovely garden in North London, zone 5. We have a spare room for an au pair to stay in. We have always had wonderful au pair experiences. Our current au pair has to leave us unexpectedly and at short notice for personal reasons so we are now looking for someone who is able to join us as soon as possible. The support required will fluctuate from day to day and week to week, but this will allow for free time for travel or studying and to explore London or beyond when we are at home.
Our daughters think they are old enough to look after themselves, but are not really! We are looking for a bright, artistic, enthusiastic 'big sister' type role model to join the family as soon as possible on an open ended basis. The girls can also be quite messy! We are looking for someone to help us take our daughters to classes and school, and also someone who can help us with preparing some simple meals and keeping the house tidy, and help encourage Amelie and Elodie to pull their weight!
