We are a lovely, happy and friendly British family with three children (aged 10 months, 2 ½ years and four years as from May). I am a clinical psychologist setting up a very part time private practice so I am generally at home. My husband works from home. Our children are affectionate, imaginative and playful. They love creative play and the outdoors. We live in Bushey and central London is only 21 minutes from Bushey by train. The train station is 10 minutes walk from our house. We live near an English college (1.5miles), a gym and local amenities. You will have your own room with wifi and bathroom in a separate part of the house. Weekends will generally be free.
Dear Au Pair,? We are looking for a smiley, creative, caring and affectionate au pair to join our friendly family in late May. We need someone with good conversational English, 18 years or more who can help us for 25 - 30 hours a week plus one or two evenings babysitting.Our typical childcare requirement for Monday to Friday is as follows: 8.30am: Help with the children’s breakfast and getting them dressed 9am: Take Sarah to nursery 10am: Take Benedict out to the park / play area or stay at home with the baby whilst he sleeps 12noon: Pick up Sarah 1pm: Help give children lunch and then tidy up whilst we put them to bed We would expect you to help with light duties around the house, mainly keeping the house tidy, helping with laundry and preparing some of the children’s meals? Extra duties to include the odd evenings babysitting and three days a week helping with the children between 4pm and 6pm. ??Once a week it would be great if you could cook a meal that we could eat as a family. We would also require you to be flexible and there would be some days where you would need to look after the two year old and four year old for part of the day. The weekends would be yours to do with as you wish. You would have your own room your own bathroom/toilet in a separate part of the house. We would aim to make your stay with us comfortable. We do have reasonable internet access.?? We would treat you like a part of the family and would expect someone who is prepared to work hard but is patient, kind and caring.
