Hi there, I am a Law Lecturer and a very hands on parent. We are very friendly and respectful and as such you would be treated in a considerate and kind manner. We are an active family and the children are a lot of fun. They each go to the local village school 100 metres down the road and they are very familiar with their local area where they know many people. Their brother visits us and is at a local high school now that he is 11 years old. We live in a large house and you would have your own room with wifi. For us the aim is that this would be your home from home. We live near the Cathedral city of Norwich, which has many language schools and viewed by many as being a place of culture. As a family we are happy to show you various opportunities locally that fit with your interests.
Essentially support would be primarily required 4 days a week in the morning before school to drop the children at school and to collect them on these days also, but with some additional yet minimal duties in between these times. Duties would include making breakfast, ensuring the children are ready and presentable and then walking them to school. After school would involve picking the children up, taking them home, making tea and generally supervising play and homework until I return. You would be expected to offer light assistance with housework for example putting the washing machine on and putting clothes in the children's drawers. You would be welcome to join in family activities and support would be great to take the children to beavers, football and other clubs. A car may be available for you to drive.
