We have decided to find an aupair because we need help looking after our child and with some light housework. We are looking for an aupair to be a big sister to our young daughter and to become another member of our family. My name is John and my wife’s name is Ece. We both work as English teachers in a private school in our town. We live in a three bedroom apartment near Istanbul and have one daughter, Maya, aged 3. She goes to the school where we both work. Our town is 15km away from the centre of Istanbul and there are many other foreigners here. As we are both teachers we can help you with your English, but there are also many good language schools which you can attend. In our town there are many things for young people, including bars, restaurants, shopping centres, theatre, and a cinema. There is also a bus stop outside our house with direct access into Istanbul city centre. We do not have any pets. I smoke but not heavily and not directly in the apartment. We need an au pair to start with us as soon as possible and stay until at least July 2014. We may need you to drive our car and it would be helpful if you have a driving license, but not essential. We are a busy family looking for a kind-hearted fun aupair to mix in with our family. If you are interested and would consider being our aupair please contact us.
Our daughter, Maya, is very clever and active and we would like you help us keep her busy (playing, park, gym, shopping etc), along with teaching her some of your language. She already speaks English and Turkish. We will require you to baby-sit two nights a week and need you to help us in our home for a few hours each week with light housework, some ironing and cooking. You will have most weekends free (we may need you sometimes at the weekend) and we will pay you £65 (approx. 200 Turkish Lira) per week pocket money which we will give to you every Friday.You will have your own bedroom and use of the second bathroom. Ece, Maya and I have our own bathroom.
