We are a young family who are relaxed, friendly and who are very much looking for someone that we can welcome into the house and get involved in some fun with us all. We live in a nice house in a safe area near the centre of London and with lots of local shops and bars / restaurants nearby. Our current au pair is leaving after a very successful period with us. We are both professionals but mum works at home for 3 days a week and so is generally around. Our two young boys are really special (we think so!), are cheeky and are loads of fun. We look forward to meeting you !
Our au pair will have a good mixture of responsibilities - we will pay GBP85 - 95 per week for 35 hours (Monday through Friday) that will include some time with sole responsibility for one or both kids (although not for prolonged periods as we have other child care in place too) for playing, painting, singing, dancing and so on. We will also require daily help with the house, including tidying, some general cleaning (we also have a cleaner), laundry, some cooking and lots of fun. Overall, we would like an extra family member to lend a hand round the house. We also need two night's babysitting and some help on Sunday mornings for a couple of hours.
